AWARDING PROCESS

THE AWARDS PROCESS

The following levels of supervision, authentication and validation will be implemented to guard the credibility of the awards.

  1. Nominations by a competent and independent research committee. Request for data from nominated companies and persons. Vetting of data and report writing by a technically competent committee.
  2.  Awarding Board / Public voting (based on Award category). All individuals shortlisted will be notified directly. Shortlisted candidates or finalists will be published in Dailies.
  3. Winners are finally announced at the Award ceremony.

To recognise and celebrate 40 emerging leaders under the age of 40 who demonstrate or impact personally and/ or professionally through their exceptional leadership.
