The Forty under 40 Africa Awards is to identify, honour and celebrate a cross-section of the continents most influential and accomplished young business leaders under the age forty from a wide range of industries we cover, who are committed to business growth, professional excellence and community service and have risen up the ranks of their companies or industries at a relatively young age as result of this.

[ Prof. Nana Essilfie Conduah ] is a political historian, poet, author, policy analyst, all round broadcaster commentator, news wires specialist, academic journalist and chair of journalist and Chair of Journalism at the African University College of Communication.

[ Dr. Ken Kwaku ] is a citizen of Ghana, speaks English, French and Swahili. He holds a PhD from University of Toronto and a First Class in Economics and Political Science from McGill University. He has also attended Harvard’s Graduate School of Business in 1987.

[ Dr. Paul Kofi Fynn ] is the President of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ghana since 1971. He served as the Chairman of The Christian Council from 2003-2006.

[ Dr. Ato. Conduah ] brings to Ghana Oil And Gas Awards Board, sixteen (16) years of International and local work/consulting experience in senior management positions. He is a strategic problem solver, critical thinker, marketing, media communications, management strategy and training.

[ Prof. David Atta-Peters ] is an Associate Professor in the Department of Earth Science, University of Ghana where he teaches courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels in Sedimentary Geology and Petroloeum Geoscience.

[Rotimi Olawale] is the Executive Director of YouthHubAfrica, is a youth development expert.
For more than ten years, he has been involved in leading youth advocacy efforts mainly around the Sustainable Development Goals.
